PPF Designs - Policies

Orders are shipped in the sequence they are received - usually 1-2 business days. However, this depends on the
number of orders received and the complexity of those orders. If you must have a product by a specific date, please
contact us directly. Shipping is done via the United States Postal Service. Insurance is optional and it is the buyers
responsibility to purchase it. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products after they leave our care.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Only items bearing a return
authorization number will be accepted. Items must be un-used and returned in the original or a similar shipping package
and in resalable condition. All custom embellishing /embroidery sales are final. Shipping is not refundable. We are not
liable for goods damaged in transit, it is the buyers responsibility to insure their return shipment.

Shirts: Are done on a first come first serve basis. Cost is $125.00 per shirt for fringe and applique's. The price
increases from there depending on the amount of detail and material choices. Contact us for a quote. Delivery is 3-4
weeks. Rush service of 2 weeks available for an additional fee of $75.00. Full or half of the total payment is due at
scheduling with the balance paid prior to shipment of the finished product(s).

Embroidery: Is done on a first come first serve basis. Please contact us for quotes.
